A high intensity class using barbells and adjustable weights to tone and condition the body.These classes are known to be one of the best ways to increase your metabolism.
LES MILLS Body Step
An athletic workout using adjustable steps. This class is ideal for improving co-ordination, burning fat and increasing strength.

LES MILLS GRIT™ Cardio is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout that improves cardiovascular fitness, increase speed and maximize calorie burn. This workout uses a variety of body weight exercises and provides the challenge and intensity you need to get results fast. LES MILLS GRIT Cardio takes HIIT and combines it with powerful music and inspirational coaches who will be down on the floor with you, motivating you to go harder to get fit, fast.
LES MILLS GRIT™ Strength is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, designed to improve strength and build lean muscle. LES MILLS SH’BAM
A fun loving, insanely addictive dance workout. SH’BAM is an ego free zone – no dance experience required. Just bring a playful attitude, an open mind and a cheeky smile.
Low impact low intensity circuit exercise class. *Chair based low impact exercise that aids with strength, conditioning and flexibility. Multiple Sclerosis chair based exercise. FFL classes suitable for wheel chair users.

Legs, Bums & Tums
A series of exercises to specifically tone up, improve the muscle tone and shape your legs, bum & Tum area.

This is one of the fastest calorie burning classes going. If you want to burn fat and work at your own intensity, this class is for you. Riding a stationary bike your instructor will take you on the journey of a lifetime.
Use of bikes, treadmills, rowers and cross trainers supervised by qualified gym instructors. 11-13 years parent required to register on or before first visit.
