Tender Opportunity: Provision of a Fully Managed Payroll Service
Hyndburn Leisure is inviting suitably experienced payroll providers to tender for the provision of a reliable, accurate and fully compliant managed payroll service.
Hyndburn Leisure is a charitable leisure trust providing leisure, sport, wellbeing, cultural and community services across Hyndburn. Our payroll has been processed by Hyndburn Borough Council for approximately 25 years, and we are now seeking an external provider to manage the service and support a smooth transition from the existing arrangements.
About the requirement
Hyndburn Leisure operates a monthly payroll for approximately 200 colleagues, comprising:
- 85 employees on fixed-hours contracts;
- 115 employees on variable-hours contracts; and
- approximately 50% of the workforce enrolled in the Local Government Pension Scheme, administered through the Lancashire County Pension Fund.
Contract term
Suppliers should submit pricing based on an initial three-year contract.
