• Suitable clothing should be worn when entering Adventure City, including socks.
• If you wish to take photographs or film during your stay you must obtain permission from the Supervisor.
• Adults are not allowed on the soft play structure – only in the event of assisting children off the structure or in an emergency.
• Special offers or discounts that we may offer from time to time cannot be used in conjunction with each other.
• The soft play structure is split into age appropriate sections: 0-2 years, 2-4 years and 5-11 years. We strongly recommend that children play in their age appropriate areas.
• Adventure City does not tolerate any violent behaviour. If a member of your party is involved in an altercation and their parent/guardian is not present then they are under your supervision. Therefore staff may ask you to monitor them more closely and ensure they remain off the equipment. Dependant on severity and circumstances they may be asked to leave the play centre. In this case we will ask you to contact the parent for them to be picked up. It is paramount to us that the health and safety of children are of main priority.

Birthday Party Terms

• A 50 % deposit is required to secure your party date (This payment is non-refundable). The balance is due to be paid when confirming party numbers 3 days before your party. Unfortunately, no refunds can be given if children DO NOT attend your party on the scheduled day due to constraints within our supply chain.
• We suggest you arrive 10/15 minutes earlier to prepare for your guests to arrive and meet your party organiser.
• At least 2 adults are required to stay for the duration of the party, and must accompany any party member if the toilet is needed.
