We know that losing weight can be hard. Whether you’ve been advised to lose weight to improve your health, or just want to feel better about yourself, the Up and Active team in East Lancashire can help you achieve your weight loss goals.
Our Up & Active 12 week programme includes:

physical activity 12 week programme
Inactive and need an introduction to physical activity? This programme is for anyone who is inactive and wants to increase their physical activity.
Sessions are run at various locations across East Lancs at different times throughout the week. Refer yourself to our 12 week programme, you will receive a 12 week gym membership, entitling you to go swimming, use the gym, and try out exercise classes both with your local leisure provider and across East Lancashire as part of the Active Network. You’ll also attend our weekly weight management sessions, or you can also attend an optional weekly weight management session.
