Online Booking – Guide

To help get you booked online – here is a how to guide showing the steps:

Step 1: Go to the online booking portal and login. If you are a member and do not have an account, you can register by clicking here.

Step 2: Registering is easy! Just fill out the information in the boxes and click Submit.

Step 3: To complete your registration enter your email and a password you will be able to remember. **Please ensure that the email you input is correct, and the main email address you are currently using. Your account will not be successfully registered if this is incorrect.**

Top Tip: Your password must contain both upper & lower case letters, and at least 1 numeral or special character (e.g !, ?, £,).

Step 4: Ooops! If your registration is unsuccessful you will need to get in touch with our team. Contact and a member of the team will help to get you registered.

Step 5: Wohoo! Your registration was successful. You will have now received a verification email which you will need to click to activate your account. All you need to do now is login with your email and password!

Step 6: Welcome to the online portal! Here you can book your activity sessions. At this time, you can only book for sessions at Hyndburn Leisure Centre. You can view the activity timetables by clicking on the blue box that says timetable.

Step 7: Alternatively, you can click on timetable in the top bar and select the daily or weekly option.

Step 8: Here you can see all the activity times that you are able to book. You can switch between activities using the grey boxes.

Step 9: This is the gym tab. To accommodate for safe distancing and cleaning we have opened Gym 2, located in the sports hall. The available machines & workout activities in gym 2 are slightly different, so make sure you read through this list before booking!

Gym 1 – The main gym that you are familiar with. To utilise space for movement of equipment and to accommodate social distancing we have relocated the upper body strength, with a selection of recumbent and upright bikes & rowers to Gym 2.

Gym 2– Located in the main sports hall. We have created a great gym with a selection of upper body resistance machines for a full body workout including the leg press, arm curl machine, rowers, upright & recumbent bikes,  treadmills, cross trainers,  barbells 10kg to 45kg  and dumbbells  from 1kg to 30k.

Step 10: Here’s a snapshot of the pool timetable! All you need to do is click on the time you want.

Step 11: Once you have selected your session, check through the details to make sure it is the time and date you want. You can either click continue, to select additional times and activities, or checkout to confirm your bookings.

Step 12: Checkout is FREE to all members as it is included on your membership. Don’t forget to check through the details before clicking BOOK.

Step 13: You have successfully confirmed your booking. A confirmation email will be sent to your email address. Don’t forget to bring along the confirmation email to show at reception.

Step 14: Finally, if you click on the My Bookings tab in the top bar, it will take you to a page that lists ALL of your confirmed bookings! If you can’t find the confirmation email or can’t remember what time you booked, this the easiest way to find that info.
