Cancellations and Direct Debit Queries

Should you wish to cancel your membership package with Hyndburn Leisure or have a specific direct debit related query, please email us with the link below, you will receive an email confirmation when your request is being processed.

Please note: 10 working days notice is required in order for your membership to be cancelled before your next payment date.

We aim to respond to direct debit queries within 7 days. 

Please give reasons for your wish to cancel in your email.

Please do not cancel your direct debit until you have received confirmation of your request.
