|Body Attack / Abs||All sports inspired cardio workout for building strength and stamina. This high energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercises. Target exercises to strengthen and flatten the abdominal area.|
|Body Combat||This is an exercise for all. Using martial arts steps and moves choreographed to music. This is an ideal workout for stress busting, toning and weight loss.|
|Body Pump||A high intensity class using barbells and adjustable weights to tone and condition the body.These classes are known to be one of the best ways to increase your metabolism.|
|Body Step||An athletic workout using adjustable steps. This class is ideal for improving co-ordination, burning fat and increasing strength.|
LES MILLS GRIT™ Cardio is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout that improves cardiovascular fitness, increase speed and maximize calorie burn. This workout uses a variety of body weight exercises and provides the challenge and intensity you need to get results fast. LES MILLS GRIT Cardio takes HIIT and combines it with powerful music and inspirational coaches who will be down on the floor with you, motivating you to go harder to get fit, fast.
LES MILLS GRIT™ Strength is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, designed to improve strength and build lean muscle. This workout uses barbell, weight plate and body weight exercises to blast all major muscle groups. LES MILLS GRIT Strength takes cutting edge HIIT and combines it with powerful music and inspirational coaches who will be down on the floor with you, motivating you to go harder to get fit, fast.
LES MILLS GRIT™ Plyo is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) plyometric-based workout, designed to make you perform like an athlete. This workout uses a bench and combines explosive jumping exercises with agility training to increase explosiveness and to build a lean and athletic body. LES MILLS GRIT Plyo takes cutting edge HIIT and combines it with powerful music and inspirational coaches who will be down on the floor with you motivating you to go harder to get fit, fast.
|Circuits||Low impact low intensity circuit exercise class. *Chair based low impact exercise that aids with strength, conditioning and flexibility. Multiple Sclerosis chair based exercise. FFL classes suitable for wheel chair users.|
|Fighting for Fitness||A fun, fast paced group training session designed to get you fit, strong, whilst your body is burning unwanted body fat fast. With boxing and much more you will not be bored, you will just get results.|
|H.I.I.T.||High-Intensity Interval Training is an enhanced form of interval training. An exercise strategy alternating periods of short intense anaerobic exercise with less-intense recovery periods.|
|Legs, Bums & Tums||A series of exercises to tone up the Legs, Bums & Tums, improve the muscle tone and shape of the body through effective exercises which are specific for the Legs Bums & Tums.|
|Metafit||Bodyweight training system aims to boost the metabolism and burn fat. This is a short term, high intensity class, the workout aims to push your muscles to fatigue and elevate your heart rate.|
|PiYo||A series of exercises to tone up the Legs, Bums & Tums, improve the muscle tone and shape of the body through effective exercises which are specific for the Legs Bums & Tums.|
|Spin Fit||This is one of the fastest calorie burning classes going. If you want to burn fat and work at your own intensity, this class is for you. Riding a stationary bike your instructor will take you on the journey of a lifetime.|
|Tai Chi||For people who wish to improve their health, fitness level, ability to focus, balance, flexibility, coordination, stamina, strength, body posture, power, and endurance. Tai chi emphasizes a calm and peaceful mind, helps with concentration, helps to lower blood pressure, relieves stress, strengthens the immune system, enhances elimination of wastes and the circulation of blood, and channels the flow of Chi through the body’s meridians.|
|Teen Cardio||Use of bikes, treadmills, rowers and cross trainers supervised by qualified gym instructors. 11-13 years parent required to register on or before first visit.|
|Tone Zone||This is an all over body workout for increasing the metabolism, toning the body and burning fat.|
|Transformation Pilates||Transformation Pilates is a unique blend of Pilates, strength training, and high energy workout. Tightening and strengthening the core. Lengthening muscles to increase flexibility and range of motion. Aids with overall wellbeing & fitness.|
|Yoga||Exercise to stimulate, stretch and relax both mind and body. Participants can work to their own limits.|
|Zumba||Ditch the workout, join the craze and the party!! Dance based workout fusing Latin Dance with easy to follow dance moves.|
